convenient location

confusing checkout process

The area where the hotel was located was very convenient.

The building is quite old. Doors slamming and voices carried throughout the hallways. Our check-out process was confusing with unexpected charges and no clear explanation provided by the staff.

This hotel is conveniently located, nice for easy access to nearby cafes and places to eat, perfect for a short stay. The large, comfortable bed provided a good night's rest despite the room's somewhat snug size. The Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow, complicating my work needs, and noise levels were higher than expected, particularly from hallways. The service was friendly throughout my visit, contributing positively to my overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The room was comfortable with a soothing ambiance. The staff, especially Elena, was helpful, providing us with valuable sightseeing tips and allowing us to check in early. The hotel is located in a great area where transportation is easily accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations for sightseeing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had no problem getting hot water.

Cleaning products had a strong scent that bothered us during our stay. It was a bit overwhelming, and we wished it had been toned down a bit.
